Any deviating or additional agreements require the express consent of the shop operator. By publishing the individual products, we are making a binding offer regarding the items. By clicking the order button, the customer places a binding order for the items included in the shopping cart. The order is confirmed with the acceptance of the order after the order is submitted via an automated email message. With this confirmation, the purchase agreement becomes legally binding. Deliveries are possible worldwide, unless otherwise indicated in the ordering process.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>2 Online orders<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Incoming online orders are processed immediately by the shop operator and dispatched as quickly as possible depending on the availability of goods.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>3 Transport\/transport damage<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Complaints caused by transport damage must be made by the customer directly to the transport company within the deadlines provided for this purpose and additionally informed about this by the shop operator.<\/p>\n<p>The email address provided by the customer during the order process will be communicated to UPS during the delivery of the package to enable the customer to track the shipment. UPS will inform the customer using this email address about the package status and the scheduled delivery time, with the delivery address and delivery time also being able to be changed at a later date.<\/p>\n<p>In order for transport damage to be claimed, the package must be photographed along with the goods and any additional packaging material. Only one photo of the damaged goods will not be accepted by UPS or other transport service providers for claims. In the event of damage, the customer should contact the nearest UPS location and have the damage recorded.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>3.1 Passing of risk<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The transfer of risk passes to the customer as soon as the goods are handed over to the transport company or left the shop operator\u2019s warehouse for dispatch. This also applies if the shop operator has covered the shipping costs or partial deliveries are made.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>4 Invoices and payments<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Invoices are due immediately and without deduction. The available payment options are visible in the online shop.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5 Objections<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Any complaints regarding the scope of delivery, defects in quality, incorrect deliveries or deviations in quantity must be made in writing immediately, but no later than one week after receiving the goods. In the case of justified complaints, the appropriate replacement product will be delivered or \u2013 at the customer\u2019s discretion \u2013 the unopened, originally packaged and undamaged product will be exchanged or returned. If the replacement delivery is also defective, the right to exchange or reduction in price applies.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>6 Reservation of ownership<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The goods remain the property of the shop operator until full payment has been received. During the period of retention of title, the customer is entitled to possess and use them in accordance with the contract, as long as they meet their obligations in a timely manner.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>7 Delay in acceptance &amp; failure to pick up<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. Delivery is considered complete as soon as the goods have been delivered to the delivery address specified by the customer or, in the absence of a person present, to a UPS Access Point or other pickup point designated by the transport company.<br \/>\n2. The customer is obliged to collect the shipment in a timely manner and to check the shipment status using the tracking number provided. This also applies if no physical notification card is left behind.<br \/>\n3. If the customer does not pick up the shipment within the storage period and returns the package to us, there is a delay in acceptance.<br \/>\nIn this case, we reserve the right to,<br \/>\n\u2022 to keep the original shipping costs<br \/>\n\u2022 the return shipping costs are deducted from the refund amount.<br \/>\n4. Upon request, the goods can be re-sent after payment of the additional shipping costs.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>8 Cancellation policy<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The customer has the right to cancel the contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.<\/p>\n<p>The deadline begins on the day the customer or a person designated by them (not the transport service provider) takes possession of the goods.<\/p>\n<p>To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must, by means of a clear statement (e.g., letter or e-mail), inform Dr. Leidl Kosmetik GmbH, Landstra\u00dfer Hauptstra\u00dfe 88\/24, 1030 Vienna, e-mail: <a class=\"js-tooltip\" title=\"Copy email to clipboard\" aria-label=\"Copy email to clipboard\">customer.service@leight.at<\/a>, Call: +43 676 7202052 for more information.<\/p>\n<p>The sample revocation form can be used for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>8.1 Consequences of the cancellation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If the contract is cancelled, all payments, including the delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs for a more expensive shipping method chosen by the customer), shall be refunded immediately, at the latest within fourteen days of receipt of the cancellation.<\/p>\n<p>The refund can be denied until the goods have been returned or proof of the return has been provided.<\/p>\n<p>The return costs are borne by the customer.<\/p>\n<p>Unreturned shipments will not be accepted.<\/p>\n<p>The customer is only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss is due to improper handling of the goods that is not necessary for inspection.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>9 Final provisions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The invalidity of individual provisions does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. An economically as similar provision replaces the ineffective provision.<\/p>\n<p>All prices are in euros and include VAT.<br \/>\nErrors in product descriptions or product availability are reserved.<\/p>\n<p>Technical changes or reasonable deviations in shape, color or weight are reserved.<\/p>\n<p>All measurements and weight values are approximate industry values and are not guaranteed.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>10 Information for consumers in accordance with the distance selling regulations<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1.
